Quality control systems compliant with ISO 9001-2000 standards

Our continuing improvement programs are effective tools when adapted to the needs of your organization.

ISO 9001-2000 is an internationally recognized certification. It is now required at many levels and opens the doors to new and untapped markets.

QS 9000 programs and the automobile industry

The QS 9000 quality control standards were developed in order to achieve long term improvements, emphasizing error prevention and the reduction of weaknesses in the supply chain.

The world’s major auto manufacturers have defined their fundamental quality goals according to QS 9000 standards.

Food health and safety standards according to the HACCP

Now recognized worldwide, the HACCP system is based on the prevention of biological, chemical and physical contaminants, rather than on the inspection of end products.

These standards stem from quality control systems where supervision over each stage of production and processing improves quality while simultaneously reducing costs.

The formulation of the HACCP principle has been put forth in order to guarantee the safety of our food supply.

 AS 9100 certification

For many years now, the aerospace industry, organized under the aegis of the IAQG (International Aerospace Quality Group) has been engaged in an effort to harmonize the evaluation of its international suppliers, in order to improve efficiency and quality control.

In 2001, this effort gave rise to the 9100 series of standards. The central AS 9100 standard, revision C is based on the ISO 9001-2000 standards, adding revisions specific to the aeronautics industry. The general AS 9100 standard applies to manufacturers of parts destined for the aeronautics industry.

AS 9100 certification, recognized worldwide by all IAQG accreditation agencies, has become a necessary requirement for aerospace suppliers.

AS 9100 certification entitles an organization to a listing on the global OASIS (On Line Aerospace Suppliers Information Systems) database of aerospace industry suppliers.
